Now Hiring - Inside Sales Rep in Missouri City, TX

Dinkle is a global manufacturer for electronic components, seeking business to business industrial product sales for the Houston subsidiary. We are looking for proactive and enthusiastic sales, with the ability to work across functional processing teams. Dinkle Corporation is growing at an exponential rate and are looking to add inside sales to cover the national industrial accounts.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

· Utilize CRM system to track and maintain customer relationship.

· Developing new businesses by warm calling leads and marketing activities.

· Working closely with supply chain department to fulfill sales orders.

· Ability to quote and input order into SAP system.

· Be capable to deal with oversea internal and external customers.

· Create and maintain up-to-date job processes outlining customer specific exceptions or other related information needed to accurately complete job tasks for assigned areas.

· Performs such individual assignments as management may direct.

Desired Skills and Experience

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

· One to three years of experience in sales or similar experience.

· Experience with customer service and problem resolution customer interaction.

· Requires well-developed communication, organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of people at all levels.

· Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment to ensure tasks assigned are completed.

· Strong verbal and written communications skills required.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

· Experience with CRM and ERP software preferred.

· Bilingual: English / Mandarin preferred

Pay: $42,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
